RETURNS

Returning an item from our Portal? You can easily handle it in our return environment. Although we strive to ensure you don’t need to return items, we encourage you to be mindful when returning products.


If you do need to return an item, no worries—we make it as easy as possible.


In our return environment on the PENDLR Portal, you can manage returns with ease. From registering a return to checking the status and receiving the green light to send the return back to us. Items that were ordered incorrectly or in excess can be returned within 60 days, once approved in the return environment.

Sustainable returns

At PENDLR, we’re committed to making our operations more sustainable every day. We encourage you to be mindful of returns, which is why we work with a return percentage. You can easily return products by filling a box with accumulated returns and handing it to our courier during your next delivery. This way, your return has less impact on the environment.

WARRANTY

Along with returns, you can also manage warranty requests through the return environment. It works just like returning items—register the item, wait for the return status to turn green, and then send it to us for assessment.
