More possibilities to carry bikes easily and safely, both on the towbar and on the car roof. To realise this, PENDLR has the exclusive rights to distribute the leading bike carrier brands Spinder and Pro-User bike carriers with effect from 1 January 2025. This agreement applies to Benelux and Denmark. A cooperation that perfectly matches PENDLR's mission to make daily travel more flexible, efficient and sustainable. Tradekar: Pioneer in smart and accessible bike carriers Tradekar has been developing, manufacturing and selling smart, convenient and affordable leisure products to support everyone's leisure time for more than 40 years. The Pro-User and Spinder brands, which fall under the Tradekar banner, stand for quality and innovation in the field of bike carriers. Tradekar started developing Pro-User bike carriers in 2000, and introduced its first model in 2001. This was the beginning of a successful journey. Since then, continuous innovations have resulted in a complete product line in 2024. Spinder bike carriers have been around since the 1980s. The brand was acquired by Tradekar in 2013 and through constant development and innovation, a wide range of bike carriers is now available. The bike carriers are suitable for 1, 2, 3 or 4 bikes, which can be placed on the towbar or on the roof of the car. Both Pro-User and Spinder offer a wide range of accessories in addition to bike carriers to enhance overall quality, experience and safety. PENDLR is the partner in micromobility PENDLR, which until over a year ago was still known as Kruitbosch wholesaler, has been steering its course towards micromobility since its launch. It combines its years of experience in bicycles, parts and accessories with new insights to deliver on its promise of being the absolute partner in micromobility. ANWB recently launched ANWB Marketplace, its own platform on which external sellers can sell via the ANWB web shop. Looking for sellers to build a good and extensive bicycle assortment with, PENDLR put ANWB in touch with 100procentfiets.nl from Martijn Boere. Meanwhile, more than 1,000 bicycle articles from 100procentfiets.nl are live on ANWB Marketplace, sourced from PENDLR. A fruitful collaboration that gives the use of cycling and micromobility another boost! A fresh and effective partnership In early September 2024, ANWB introduced ANWB Marketplace, a new online platform where external retailers and suppliers can offer their products. This provides external sellers with access to ANWB's many customers and it enables ANWB to expand the range of products offered in its webshop. In the search for sellers of bicycle parts and accessories, PENDLR deliberately chose not to start selling to consumers via ANWB Marketplace itself, but instead put forward some of their customers, such as Martijn Boere, owner of 100procentfiets and Bikebudget.nl. Martijn Boere grew up in a real cycling family. Grandpa, 2 uncles and parents had their own bike shop. Martijn continues the tradition, but in a modern way. He - and a team of driven colleagues - sell bicycle parts and accessories through thematic websites and on platforms, with 100procentfiets and BikeBudget.nl. They do this very successfully and for that they buy from PENDLR. Connecting the dots PENDLR's ambition is to encourage the use of micromobility - or light and sustainable means of transport - in and around the city. It does so by providing entrepreneurs with micromobility ranges, but also by connecting its network, connecting the dots. Meanwhile, Martijn Boere already has over 1,000 items live on ANWB Marketplace. An additional sales channel, in addition to his own websites and sales via other platforms. ANWB Marketplace already counts about 20 external sellers since its launch in September and has the ambition to quickly grow into a leading platform in the Netherlands. PENDLR is a partner in micromobility, for all kinds of retailers, including retailers like Martijn who sell online via their own websites but also via platforms. PENDLR can help with a wide range, fast delivery to retailers as well as directly to customers and spotting new opportunities within its network. Do you also want to work with PENDLR? Would you also like to partner with PENDLR and get access to more than 160 different brands and 23,000 unique products? Then become a customer at PENDLR or contact us!

The cargo bike—a mode of transport with the most potential in micromobility—has its own dedicated festival. What other vehicle, besides the bicycle, can say the same? Last Friday, we attended the International Cargo Bike Festival, held October 25-26 at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht (The Netherlands). Here’s a look at what caught our eye. More choices for you as a business owner It was the perfect day to focus entirely on the promising future of the cargo bike. Alongside more brands with their own cargo bike designs, we also saw new solutions for different types of cargo. It's not just small parcels anymore; larger containers are joining the game. What we observed last year is even more evident now: cargo bikes are thriving in the micromobility sector, and as a business owner, you have more choices than ever within the cargo bike range—different brands, options for your own branding, and tailored solutions for various types of cargo. Growing interest, despite political headlines Interest in cargo bikes is booming, the benefits are clear, and businesses are increasingly inspired by the incredible initiatives already in place. In general, we’re seeing more people opting for bikes, cities being designed with cyclists in mind, and last-mile delivery by bike becoming more popular than ever. Regardless of upcoming political decisions on zero-emission policies, we’re convinced that the shift toward greener cities is here to stay. Bring on the cargo bikes! Here’s to even more cargo bike solutions in 2025! We’re excited to see what’s in store for next year. In the meantime, we’re already partnering with many of these brands and suppliers, offering a comprehensive range of cargo bikes, parts for maintenance and repairs, and accessories to enhance the ride. Let’s work together to make cities greener and cargo bikes even more popular in today’s urban landscape! About the International Cargo Bike festival The International Cargo Bike Festival is organized by Jos Sluijsmans and Tom Parr, who aim to inspire the world to replace cars and vans in urban areas with cargo bikes. They believe we’re in the Decade of the Cargo Bike, and that cargo bikes are set to become mainstream this century. #decadeofthecargobike

In addition to products and knowledge, at PENDLR we also support you with services. Store design is one of those services that can help boost your sales. Some time ago, PENDLR assisted with the redesign of the Salland2wielers store in Dalfsen. We visited Jerry and Marcel, the store owners, to hear how they and their customers are experiencing the new setup. A sense of space and clarity A more spacious layout, where all products are strategically placed along the walls so that customers can easily explore the store — according to Jerry and Marcel, that’s the biggest change compared to the previous setup. Previously, handlebars dominated the store interior, creating a cramped feeling. “Now the store radiates a sense of space and clarity, without the floor space having changed.” Increased appeal Jerry and Marcel recognize the valuable role PENDLR played in the store design process and appreciate how we were able to take the pressure off their shoulders. By trusting PENDLR’s expertise, they can continue to focus on their core business, knowing the perfect assortment is displayed in their store. PENDLR’s experts carefully selected the ideal accessories and parts that now hang on the slatwalls. Jerry emphasizes the importance of quality over quantity, working with models and brands they fully believe in. The new store layout has not only improved the store’s aesthetics but also increased its appeal. Bags, in particular, remain the biggest draw. “I’d say we sell a bag with around 70% of all bikes, and since the new presentation of the bags, we’ve definitely seen an increase in sales.” “Our relationship with PENDLR and Kruitbosch goes back 25 years. And I’ve been doing business with Kruitbosch for 35 years. If something works well, there’s no reason to look elsewhere. So it was only natural for us to turn to you as well. Kruitbosch really helped us think about which products should be placed where in the store.” Enhanced store experience The redesign of the Salland2wielers store has brought about a significant change in the shopping experience, both for the owners and their customers. With a more spacious layout and strategic product placement, the store now offers a feeling of openness and clarity, making it more attractive to visitors. The collaboration with PENDLR has resulted in the successful implementation of this new store concept, with quality and expertise at its core. Interested? Let us know!
