We pack and deliver your order in the most efficient and sustainable way possible. How do we do this? Let us take you behind the scenes!
Placed an order? We make sure it’s picked in our AutoStore and prepared for shipping. As efficiently and sustainably as possible! Curious how we handle the packaging and delivery of your order? Here's how we do it:
ORDER BEFORE 6:30 PM, SHIPPED SAME DAY
Order your favorite products in our all-in-one Portal or via our web services. If you order before 6:30 PM, we’ll pack your order and ship it the same day. This means you’ll typically have your order the very next day. Even better news: if you choose the ‘Home Delivery (to your customer)’ option, you can place your order with us until 9:00 PM for same-day shipping.
DELIVERY ON FIXED DAYS
If deliveries on certain days don’t work for you, let our customer service know when you'd prefer deliveries. We’ll make sure our courier shows up only on those days with your latest products.
Also possible: home delivery to your customer.
HOME DELIVERY TO YOUR CUSTOMER
Want to offer extra service to your customer? With home delivery, you can have the order delivered directly to your customer’s home, so they don’t need to come back to your store. An added bonus: home delivery is available for any product, meaning you can offer your customer a much wider range without having to keep it in stock!
ADD CUSTOM NOTES TO THE PACKING SLIP
Got a large order and want to stay organized? You can add a reference, or a small note, to each item. This way, when unpacking the box, you’ll know exactly where each item needs to go. It saves time and effort!
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
We pack your order as sustainably as possible. Thanks to our AutoStore, we can now pack orders even more efficiently.
Day in, day out, we:
• Limit packaging materials by combining orders whenever possible, sending fewer individual packages.
• Use paper tape instead of plastic tape wherever possible.
• Challenge ourselves to use as little filler material as possible. Our AutoStore calculates how full a box is, allowing us to choose the right box size.
• Use 100% recyclable filler material, made from 50% recycled material.
• Run a successful DHL pilot with the Green Capsule. A reusable bag that goes back with the courier after your order is unpacked. Order in? Time to unpack!
